Position: Talent Acquisition
Location: Makarba, Ahmedabad
Experience Required: 2 to 5 years
Shift Time: 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
Screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews
Managing portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
Candidate engagement and follow-ups
Coordination with internal teams for hiring needs
Maintaining recruitment reports and databases
Required Skills:
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Hands-on experience with hiring tools & job portals
Ability to handle multiple roles and deadlines
Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
