Source and screen candidates through multiple channels (job portals, social media, and professional networks).
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for in-house and client roles.
Collaborate with hiring managers and client stakeholders to fully understand role needs.
Conduct initial interviews, coordinate further rounds, and facilitate final selection.
Maintain recruitment databases, ATS, and trackers.
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience from application to onboarding.
Build talent pipelines and contribute to long-term talent acquisition strategies.
Handle onboarding formalities for selected candidates, including document collection and verification and maintain HR documentation.
Conduct reference checks and maintain verification records.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of recruitment / talent acquisition experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication, high interpersonal skills, and strong organization.
Experience or familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Good knowledge of sourcing methods and recruitment marketing.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to meet recruitment timelines, and work in a dynamic environment.
