Key responsibilities

Strategy and planning:

Develop and implement recruitment strategies and work with hiring managers to forecast workforce needs.

Sourcing and attraction:

Find and attract candidates through various channels, such as job boards and professional networks like LinkedIn. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential hires.

Screening and assessment:

Screen resumes and applications, and conduct interviews to assess candidates.

Hiring and onboarding:

Collaborate with hiring managers to select candidates, and manage the onboarding process for new hires.

Employer branding:

Promote the company's brand through recruitment initiatives to attract candidates.

Compliance and reporting:

Ensure compliance with employment laws and use data to optimize the hiring process.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
