About the Role
We are looking for a
hands-on, resourceful, and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive
who can manage end-to-end recruitment
without depending on paid job portals or agencies
. The ideal candidate must be skilled at tapping into
LinkedIn, free job boards, referrals, and campus channels
while managing the hiring pipeline efficiently in Zoho Recruit or Excel trackers.
Key Responsibilities
Manage
end-to-end recruitment cycle
- sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviews, and offer management.
Source candidates using
free job platforms
(LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, Hirist, Job Hai, Internshala, etc.) and internal referrals.
Partner with business heads to understand hiring needs, role specifications, and manpower priorities.
Build and maintain a
strong candidate database
for recurring requirements across Audit, Accounting, Tax, and IT divisions.
Coordinate interviews, feedback, and onboarding documentation in collaboration with the HR team.
Track hiring status and TAT using Zoho Recruit / Excel dashboards and share weekly hiring reports.
Support HR branding, campus outreach, and engagement drives.
Ensure smooth onboarding experience and proper handover to HR operations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR / Business Administration (MBA HR preferred).
2-4 years of recruitment experience
(preferably in consulting, CA firms, or IT/finance service industry).
Strong knowledge of
LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean search, and creative outreach
.
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management ability.
Comfortable handling
multiple roles at once
and working under tight timelines.
Familiarity with Zoho Recruit or any ATS will be an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
