As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and interviewing prospectiveemployees to find the perfect match for a company's long-term goals.
What will you do:
Communicating with hiring managers to identify job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs.
Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms.
Screening Applicants for competency with the job requirements.
Arranging telephone, video or in-person interviews.
Performing background & reference checks.
Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.
Offering job positions and completing the relevant paperwork.
What you will bring:
2-3 years of experience working into IT recruitment or Talent Acquisition
Good understanding of Job portals & hiring tools
Experience working with Applicant Tracking system (ATS)
Able to arrange telephonic, video & in-person interviews
Should have understanding of technical skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
