Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions (sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding). Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements. Utilize multiple sourcing channels: job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks. Ensure timely closure of open positions with quality candidates. Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports. Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field. 4-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a manufacturing setup. Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
