Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' suitability in terms of experience, skills, and cultural fit.
Coordination of Recruitment Process:
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Manage the entire interview process, ensuring timely feedback and follow-ups with candidates.
Database Management:
Maintain and update the recruitment database and pipeline to keep track of candidates and their recruitment statuses.
Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality during candidate handling and documentation.
Job Posting & Market Research:
Create and publish job descriptions on job portals, social media, and Bacancy's website.
Conduct research on market trends and talent pool to attract top-notch candidates for open positions.
Offer Management:
Support offer generation and negotiation, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
Provide timely updates to candidates regarding their application status.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience
in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the IT industry.
Familiarity with sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and employment platforms (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Positive attitude, with a strong work ethic and a passion for recruitment.
