The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates who align with the company s values and requirements. This role is crucial in helping build a strong talent pipeline and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:
Understand the staffing needs of various departments and job requirements.
Create and post job descriptions on job portals, social media, and the company website.
Source candidates through databases, job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn), referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment reports.
Assist in creating a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Follow up with candidates during the hiring process, including offer negotiation and joining formalities.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
* Participate in campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and recruitment events.
