Experience- 1-5yr

Conduct sourcing activities to fill open positions effectively. Plan and execute recruitment and selection processes, including interviews and screening calls. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. Contribute to employment branding initiatives to enhance our employer brand. Assist in employee retention and development efforts. Provide support to the recruiting team as needed. Organize and participate in career fairs, assessment centers, and other relevant events. Utilize metrics to generate reports and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

Proven expertise in talent hunting and acquisition. Experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing and employment branding. Familiarity with various selection methods and techniques. Proficiency in using social media platforms and job boards for sourcing. Willingness to understand the responsibilities and competencies of different roles. Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases. Excellent communication skills. Strong organizational abilities. A proactive and strategic thinker.
