The ideal candidate should be familiar with sourcing strategies, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding processes. Experience using job portals and basic knowledge of the hiring process is preferred. This role is important in helping the company grow by finding and hiring the right people on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates.
Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
Post job openings on various platforms and manage candidate pipelines.
Maintain candidate data and track status using applicant tracking tools or Excel.
Conduct initial HR screening calls to evaluate candidates' fit.
Ensure timely communication with candidates and a smooth recruitment experience.
Support onboarding activities and documentation for selected candidates.
Key Skills and Competencies:
Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) is a plus.
Good understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong willingness to learn and grow in recruitment and HR practices.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
HR internship experience (preferred but not mandatory).
