Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Source and screen candidates using job portals, social media, and internal databases. Manage end-to-end recruitment -- from understanding client requirements to offer closure. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients. Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment trackers. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates. Support in bulk hiring drives and recruitment campaigns when required.

Required Skills & Attributes:



Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence in coordinating and managing interviews. Good understanding of recruitment life cycle (training will be provided to freshers). Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn (for experienced candidates). Proficiency in MS Office / Google Sheets. Result-oriented and willing to learn and grow.

Qualifications:



Any Graduate

Experienced candidates (1-5 years)

in recruitment / staffing / consultancy are preferred.
