Talent Acquisition Executive

to support our recruitment operations and contribute to our HR team's success.

Key Responsibilities:

Source potential candidates through various job portals and social media platforms. Coordinate and schedule interviews with different departments. Follow up with selected candidates to collect necessary documents. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Assist in enhancing employer branding through creative outreach strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

MBA in Human Resources or a related field. Minimum

1 year of relevant experience

in talent acquisition or recruitment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Basic knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
