Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
: Develop and implement recruitment strategies, analyze hiring needs, forecast workforce requirements, and build talent pipelines.
Sourcing & Attraction
: Use various channels (job boards, LinkedIn, events) to find candidates, promote the company brand (employer branding), and create an attractive Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
Screening & Selection
: Review resumes, conduct interviews, manage assessments, and work with managers to select ideal candidates.
Hiring & Onboarding
: Manage the offer process, ensure compliance, and facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires.
Collaboration
: Partner with hiring managers, HR, and leadership to understand needs and fill roles efficiently.
Candidate Experience
: Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a positive journey for all applicants.
Core Skills & Focus
Strategic, proactive approach (vs. just reactive recruiting).
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Deep understanding of the job market and company culture.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
