Key Responsibilities:
Handle the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Understand job requirements and prepare detailed job descriptions in coordination with department heads.
Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, professional networks, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews, and shortlist candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain a robust candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
Support employer branding initiatives and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill manpower requirements within deadlines.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Female candidate preferred.
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.
3-5 years of proven experience
in Talent Acquisition, preferably in
B2B, B2C, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing sectors.
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
