The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment life cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. The role requires strong hiring, negotiation, and coordination skills to ensure timely and quality closures as per organizational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions across departments
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and networking
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds
Handle offer discussions, salary negotiations, and final closures
Ensure smooth onboarding and completion of joining formalities
Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring reports, and candidate databases
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
Ensure adherence to hiring timelines and company policies
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong end-to-end recruitment experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good negotiation and offer-closure skills
Ability to handle bulk and lateral hiring
Strong coordination and follow-up skills
Knowledge of recruitment tools and job portals
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
