Job Summary:


Responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet organizational needs. Ensures a smooth recruitment process and a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies. Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers. Manage end-to-end recruitment from job posting to onboarding. Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics. Promote the company's employer brand to attract quality talent.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in HR or related field. 1-3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience. Strong communication, networking, and organizational skills. Proficiency with ATS tools and sourcing platforms.
