Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles.
Source, screen, and interview candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Ensure timely onboarding and documentation of new hires.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree from a recognized college.
1-2 years of relevant Talent Acquisition experience
.
Strong knowledge of
IT and Non-IT recruitment
processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a
fast-paced environment
Ready to work 6 days a week with 2nd Saturday off every month
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
High level of integrity and confidentiality.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
