We're looking for a dynamic

Headhunter

to join our team and drive high-level recruitment for diverse roles across industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach top-tier candidates through various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, databases, networking, referrals, etc.) Conduct in-depth screening and assessment of potential candidates Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their hiring needs and business culture Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, coordination, and offer negotiation Maintain candidate pipelines and regularly update recruitment databases Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and hiring trends to clients

Requirements:

Proven experience in executive search, headhunting, or recruitment (agency or in-house) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple assignments across different sectors Comfortable working with hiring managers and decision-makers Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field 2+ years of relevant experience Experience hiring for mid to senior-level positions
