Conduct cold calls to potential candidates for various job openings
Post job vacancies on multiple job portals and social media platforms
Screen incoming resumes and shortlist candidates based on specific job criteria
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates during each stage of the recruitment process
Address candidate queries and assist them throughout the hiring journey
Maintain and update recruitment records and databases
Skills & Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Basic proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience or academic exposure in recruitment or HR will be a plus (not mandatory)
Enthusiastic and willing to learn about HR operations and recruitment processes
