Understanding the hiring requirements of hiring managers Know how to use naukri.com , indeed , job portals , Tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri.com, Hirect, indeed, IIM Jobs, Employee Referrals, Times Job. Attracting candidates through various channels like social media and professional networks Reviewing resumes and screening candidates Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices identifies staffing needs Writes job descriptions for needed positions Constructs and develops a recruitment system for the company Creates a recruitment network on social media and other mediums Screening and interviewing candidates
