Manage the full hiring cycle for formulation units including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and offer management.
Specialized Hiring:
Recruit for QA, QC, Production, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Engineering, EHS, Warehouse and other formulation-related roles.
Candidate Sourcing:
Use job portals, LinkedIn, references, campus hiring and field visits to attract qualified candidates.
Technical Screening:
Evaluate candidates' experience in OSD, injectables, tablets, capsules, granulation, compression, coating, packing, etc.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Work closely with plant HR, department heads and hiring managers to understand manpower needs.
Database Management:
Maintain recruitment trackers, vendor lists and talent pipelines for critical positions.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure proper background checks, documentation and adherence to company HR policies.
MIS & Reporting:
Prepare weekly/monthly hiring reports and update recruitment dashboards.
Travel for Hiring:
Visit plants, job fairs and local manpower markets when needed.
Requirements
Strong understanding of
pharma formulation processes
(OSD / injectable / sterile / non-sterile).
Hands-on experience in
blue-collar & staff-level hiring
for manufacturing plants.
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office, job portals and recruitment tools.
