Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

On-the-Ground Sourcing:

Execute field-based recruitment activities including canopy setups, door-to-door drives, and local community networking to build a robust pipeline of candidates.

Mass Hiring Management:

Drive high-volume recruitment cycles from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring all targets are met within strict timelines.

Vendor & Partner Management:

Coordinate with local manpower agencies, skill development centers, and vocational institutes to broaden sourcing channels.

Screening & Assessment:

Conduct initial screenings and walk-in interviews to evaluate candidate fit for technical and cultural requirements.

Reporting:

Maintain real-time trackers of field activities, lead generation, and conversion rates to provide data-driven insights to leadership.

Brand Advocacy:

Act as a brand ambassador, effectively communicating the company's value proposition to potential candidates in diverse environments.

Requirements & Qualifications

Requirement

Experience:

2-4 years in HR/Recruitment, with at least 1 year specifically in

Field/Outdoor Sourcing

Education:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Travel:

Willingness to travel extensively (up to 70% of the time) within assigned territories.

Skills:

Strong negotiation, local language proficiency, and "street smarts."

Tools:

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and mobile-based reporting tools.

Local Networking:

Proven ability to tap into local hubs, community centers, and employment exchanges.

Resilience:

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
