Role Summary



The HR Officer will lead end-to-end hiring for logistics and freight forwarding roles while supporting general HR responsibilities. This role is heavily focused on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for operations, pricing, customer service, sales, finance, and support roles for CLI India.

Key Responsibilities



1. Recruitment & Talent Sourcing



Handle full-cycle recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, coordinating tests, interviewing, and closing candidates. Build pipelines for logistics & freight forwarding roles (operations, CS, sales, pricing, documentation, supply chain). Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower needs and hiring priorities. Manage recruitment portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and recruitment databases. Prepare and maintain structured candidate evaluation reports and interview notes.

2. HR Support & Administration



Support onboarding and induction processes including document collection, joining formalities, and orientation. Assist in attendance tracking, leave monitoring, and maintaining employee records. Support HR audits, payroll inputs, and compliance documentation. Prepare HR letters (experience, NOC, appraisal documents, warnings, etc.).

3. Training & Development Coordination



Assist in implementing CLI training programs, including logistics essentials, compliance modules, and soft-skills training. Maintain training records and ensure new joiners complete mandatory courses.

4. Employee Engagement



Support employee engagement activities, communications, internal announcements, and HR initiatives. Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies and processes.

5. Reporting



Maintain weekly recruitment dashboards and submit updated hiring status to the Senior HR Manager and Dubai HR. Prepare monthly HR activity reports as required.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field. 2-5 years of recruitment experience; logistics/freight forwarding hiring experience is a strong advantage. Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and social recruitment. Good communication, organization, and time-management skills. Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Pay: ?14,773.60 - ?38,000.00 per month
