1-3 years in Talent Acquisition / HR (NBFC / Microfinance preferred)
Job Responsibilities:
End-to-end hiring for field & office roles (Collection Executive, Field Officer, Sales, Operations)
Sourcing candidates through job portals, referrals & local hiring channels
Screening resumes and coordinating interviews
Offer roll-out, joining & documentation follow-up
Maintaining recruitment tracker & MIS
Supporting onboarding and basic HR coordination
Requirements:
Graduate / MBA HR preferred
Experience in Microfinance / NBFC / EV finance recruitment
Knowledge of Naukri, Indeed & local sourcing
Good communication & coordination skills
