- Talent Acquisition (Bulk Hiring)

Position:

Talent Acquisition - Bulk Hiring

Location:

Work from home

Salary:

?10,000 (in-hand per month) + Incentives

CTC:

?1,20,000 annually

Compensation & Incentives

?500 per candidate for the

first 10 successful joinings

in a month. ?800 per candidate for

each joining beyond the 10th

in the same month. Incentives paid after candidate completes

90 days

of employment.

Responsibilities

End-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring. Source, screen, and schedule candidates via job portals & social platforms. Coordinate recruitment drives & onboarding. Maintain hiring trackers and ensure monthly targets.

Requirements

Fresher/0-1 year experience (bulk hiring preferred). Good communication & networking skills. Ability to handle high-volume hiring.

Pay: Up to ?10,000.00 per month
