NOTE: This is a 3-6-month contractual position with a fixed monthly salary.
Responsibilities:Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and gather job requisition details.
Create and maintain job requisitions in the Workday HRIS system.
Post and manage job advertisements across recruitment platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job boards).
Proactively source qualified candidates through various channels including Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Review resumes and present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers for consideration.
Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring seamless communication between candidates and interview panels.
Track interview progress and gather feedback from all stakeholders in a timely manner.
Coordinate with selected candidates to obtain necessary documentation for offer generation.
Facilitate smooth onboarding by providing new hires with required documentation and checklists.
Develop and maintain recruitment dashboards and generate weekly progress reports.
Ensure data integrity in candidate tracking systems and recruitment databases.
Minimum Qualifications:
MBA/PGDM in HR.
0-1 of relevant experience in HR or recruitment.
Desired Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with strong interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Working knowledge of HRIS systems (Workday experience preferred).
Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities.
