Review the documents received from the Talent Acquisition Partners or CET Team to ensure that candidates/employees meet the minimum entry requirements to be licensed
For WRB hires, ensure BSC documents are accurate and collected for the relevant 4 quarters over the past 10 years. Clarify with Talent Acquisition Partners or CET Team if documentation is incomplete
Consult Business Compliance/People Leader on the activity codes/exams if required
Ascertain if there is a gap in regulated activity and seek clarification from candidates and Business Compliance if required
Prepare the relevant forms required for respective candidates and advise the mandated exams along with module exemptions where applicable
Receive and review the documents from candidates before submission to the RNF Team
For CIB hires, review additional business required documentations (Letter of Undertaking and Rule15a-6 Form)
Upon commencement, follow up with employees on scheduled regulatory exam dates and results.
Inform GSSP Team on the Regulatory professional license checks to be triggered,Partner with GSSP Team to ensure that the background screening checks are conducted in a timely manner

CST / Audit
Complete the biannual CST on BSC grades where Talent Acquisition Coordinators check the accuracy of BSC grades declared by the candidate against the BSC grades verified by FADV. Share the data with HR Risk Operations Team when requested Complete quarterly MCF CST where Talent Acquisition Coordinators check the accuracy of the monthly QC. Submit on M7 portal with evidence to Talent Acquisition Country Manager for approval
