Position Summary:The coordinator is part of the APAC Talent Acquisition team, mainly supports the recruitment team in India. The coordinator provides professional support to recruiters on all aspects of the lifecycle of recruitment under minimal supervision and is self-motivated and leads on individual projects and process improvements as necessary. Attention to detail, excellent administrative skills, organisational efficiency, cultural awareness, commitment, strong oral and written communication skills and team-working are essential for this role. Previous experience of working in a support function in a professional environment is desirable with a focus on recruitment.Core Responsibilities:RecruitmentAssist in managing and maintaining requisitions on Workday and ensuring processes are completed in a timely manner.Building requisition interview packs/ candidate information and collating interview feedback and responding to candidates.Writing and publishing adverts and managing communications with candidates.Sourcing candidates through direct and indirect methods.Prescreening of candidates and shortlisting candidates for recruiters and hiring managers.InterviewGeneral support on interview, ability to run interview schedules independently and liaise with candidates and the business where necessary.Tracking and managing data around the interviewing and hiring process and producing it in an accurate and timely fashion.Offer ProcessMaintenance of database and filing system.Working with HR to ensure timely communication with candidates and dispatch of contracts.Tracking of offers to ensure signed contracts are returned and candidate information is communicated to payroll in a timely manner.Managing background screening processes.Administrative TasksManagement of India TA inbox communications and engagements with candidates, organisations and agencies.MarketingAssisting in creating marketing materials.Administrative assistance and logistics for careers events.Tracking participation and engaging candidates for events.Posting vacancies to campus portals.GeneralOther duties which are reasonably within the capabilities of the coordinator role may need to be performed from time to time, in addition to or instead of the above duties.The coordinator will also be responsible for delivering projects and process improvements.Competencies and Experiences Required:Degree holder in any disciplineRelevant 1-2 years experiences in a recruitment support/admin functionDetail-oriented, flexible and willing to learnStrong liaison and project management skillsEfficient and effective individual who can work on multiple tasksExcellent communication skills in written and verbal formsProficient in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPointHas experience of utilizing HR systems and processes and analysing complex data will be preferredAbout The Cigna GroupCigna Healthcare, a division of The Cigna Group, is an advocate for better health through every stage of life.
