The Talent Acquisition team contribute to the business's growth and overall strategy by identifying and engaging the best talent in the industry. We have an exciting opportunity for a results driven professional to join our dynamic team as Talent Acquisition Consultant. Your Focus As Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will be based at our India Shared Service Centre in Hyderabad which is home to approximately 350 great colleagues working mainly within Finance and Procurement function. You will support all Talent Acquisition efforts for our Hyderabad Shared Service Centre with a focus on key areas such as, talent acquisition end-to-end process, talent sourcing and identification, ensuring data integrity in system management and participate in regional or global projects. The role will see you collaborating across various functions, develop solid understanding of assigned country or region's work force planning needs, job requirements, building market knowledge and executing sourcing strategies to attract and hire best-in-class talent. You will drive talent sourcing and mapping initiatives for future hires, working with work force and succession planning for future staffing needs. This is a Hyderabad, India based position and will report into the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager, Greater Asia. How you will Contribute Sourcing candidates and delivering full cycle recruitment assignments to support business needs. Identifying, developing and support implementation of strategies for recruiting target active and passive candidates for niche or hard-to-fill positions. Carrying out full life-cycle recruiting including job postings, pre-screening candidates, reviewing resumes, assessing applications, initiating interviews and supporting job closures. Supporting hiring initiatives, educating and driving through the 'candidate care' experience throughout the recruitment process, creating and maintaining positive relationships with both active and passive candidates. Networking constantly and finding new approach or method to promote IFF brand to source top talent. Connect with key industry affiliations and universities to source pipeline talent and to leverage relationships to put IFF brand forward. Support continuous improvement, thinking outside the box and looking for new innovative ways to leverage the brand, market and technology for successful sourcing solutions. Manage the Global Applicant tracking system administration, audit and ensure data integrity is maintained at all times. Become super user and in-house expert on managing and training new users on Global Hiring process/policy and Global Applicant Tracking System. Support LinkedIn recruiter program for talent mapping identification. Talent Map critical job families working with the business and HR Business Partners on other proactive mapping exercises as required for niche positions. Ensure Talent Mapping database up-to-date maintenance with current and accurate candidate information. Leverage and engage with business leaders and key business individuals to identify industry top talent. Work with business to build active and passive candidate engagement process for niche and critical job families. Supporting Regional Talent Acquisition Manager, act as an advisor to Business Leaders and HR Business Partner team as an additional resource to assist in sourcing and filling positions. Provide recruiting best practices based on Global Talent Acquisition guidelines to other HR members whenever necessary. Ensure mandatory candidate assessments are administered for assigned recruitment. Support assessment interpretation to both HR Business Partners or Hiring Managers on how to best leverage information gained in Assessment to determine suitability of shortlisted candidates. Facilitate talent acquisition policy, system, interviewing techniques or sourcing training and any other relevant support to HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers. Job Requirements What you will need to be successful Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or any other relevant discipline. 5 to 7 years' proven track record in Talent Acquisition or recruiting related experience, preferably strong familiarity and expertise in hiring for Hyderabad. Experience from either Shared Service Centre, In-house or RPO environment, with a successful background in delivering challenging and complex searches. Capability in managing expectations from Senior stakeholders on-site and remote. Technical or manufacturing industries hiring experience from Chemical, Ingredients, Animal Nutrition, Pharmaceutical, Biosciences, Food, Life sciences, etc. Strong familiarity with Global Applicant Tracking System, database management, direct sourcing and leveraging professional social media hiring tools (LinkedIn or local job boards). Expertise in managing the full cycle recruitment process. Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and meet deadlines within a changing, fast-paced environment. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information. Strong communication, interpersonal/people skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization. Able to work and complete projects independently as well as within a matrix team environment. Essential Skills Must possess a high degree of initiative, attention to detail and resourcing capability. Strong Microsoft suite skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Meticulous, accurate, detail oriented, good analytical reporting skills. Strong organizing and workflow management skills, which include establishing priorities and following up on unresolved matters. Strong sense of urgency, great problem solving skills.
