The Talent Acquisition Consultant is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for clients or the organization. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities
Understand client requirements or internal hiring needs and job specifications
Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates
Coordinate interviews with clients or hiring managers
Provide guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process
Manage offer negotiation, onboarding, and joining formalities
Maintain candidate and client databases and prepare regular recruitment reports
Build strong relationships with clients and ensure excellent service delivery
Stay updated on industry trends, talent market insights, and competitor hiring practices
Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
Qualifications
Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field
1-5 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition
Experience in using ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and recruitment tools is a plus
Skills & Competencies
Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple clients and hiring requirements simultaneously
Negotiation and relationship management skills
Target-driven, organized, and detail-oriented

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
