Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented professional who can lead

end-to-end recruitment

and also play a key role in

client success

by building strong relationships with parents, schools, and partner institutions.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment (70%)

Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates Build talent pipelines across roles such as counsellors, psychologists, sales, and operations Use LinkedIn, job portals, and creative outreach strategies to attract top talent Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs and timelines Drive employer branding by showcasing The Education Match as an aspirational workplace

Client Success (30%)

Act as a point of contact for parents, schools, and academic partners Support appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and client onboarding for counselling programs Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams Collect feedback and insights from schools/parents to improve engagement Represent The Education Match in client calls, webinars, and school-facing discussions

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in any field (MBA/PG in HR or Marketing preferred) 1-4 years of experience in recruitment, client servicing, or people-facing roles Strong communication and relationship management skills Familiarity with LinkedIn recruiting, job boards, and digital communication tools A people-first mindset with the ability to multitask across HR and client engagement
