This is an opportunity to become a strategic talent acquisition business partner for Mace in India, a fast-paced and exciting market for Mace and our industry.
Reporting to the Asia Pacific regional talent acquisition leader, the key internal stakeholders this role will engage with are the regional hub director, regional operations director, country leadership team and other country or regional support functions.
Supporting the India Leadership team, utilising comprehensive market knowledge and strong industry networks, to provide insights and competitive advantage in support of Mace\'s growth plans.
Proactively networking, headhunting and hiring senior or strategic employees pan-India, while directing the talent acquisition operations that support all levels of hiring within the India business.
As a trusted advisor and business partner, driving the delivery of global best practices through market-relevant strategies, supporting the implementation of the EDI agenda, promoting internal mobility and focusing on business outcomes pan-India.
Translating the Mace India business plans and Group initiatives, into a clear talent acquisition strategy for the region. Providing direction and support to the Talent Acquisition team, monitoring and measuring performance against delivery targets and the agreed TA strategy.
It is important that this role balances future-focused business partnering with hands-on recruitment for key and critical or senior roles.
