Key Responsibilities:-
? Finding resumes and detecting relevant keywords in the same as per the company's current requirement.
? Sourcing and screening the resume of the potential candidates through job boards.
? Maintain and track the databases and keep track of recruitment.
? Scrutinize and check the credibility of the candidate and complete the necessary documentation.
? Coordinate with the consultant according to the business requirements and build a professional conversation related to their job hunting.
? Keeping track of all applicants and keeping applicants informed on the application process.
? Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
? Key role is to start contacting potential candidates, counsel them through IT based Knowledge Transfer Programmes. This model of recruitment will give the exposure to the best of inside hiring.

: Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Any Stream).
? Preferred Male Candidates.
