Screen and evaluate potential candidates through job boards and other sourcing channels to match job requirements.
Maintain and update recruitment databases, ensuring accurate tracking of candidate pipelines.
Verify candidate credentials, conduct background checks, and manage required documentation.
Monitor the application process, keeping applicants informed and engaged throughout each stage.
Serve as a primary point of contact, fostering strong relationships with candidates during selection.
Engage with potential candidates, providing guidance and counseling through IT-focused Knowledge Transfer Programs to support internal hiring initiatives.
Qualifications and Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree (any stream).

Compensation and Benefits
