: Talent Acquisition Associate - US Hiring.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and source resumes by analyzing relevant keywords aligned with the company's hiring needs. Screen and evaluate potential candidates through job boards and other sourcing channels to match job requirements. Maintain and update recruitment databases, ensuring accurate tracking of candidate pipelines. Verify candidate credentials, conduct background checks, and manage required documentation. Monitor the application process, keeping applicants informed and engaged throughout each stage. Serve as a primary point of contact, fostering strong relationships with candidates during selection. Engage with potential candidates, providing guidance and counseling through IT-focused Knowledge Transfer Programs to support internal hiring initiatives.
Qualifications and Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's degree (any stream).

Skills

Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and basic internet research. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities. High energy, passion, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits

CTC:

?1,80,000 per annum. Attractive performance-based incentives. Traveling allowance provided. Pick-and-drop facility not included.
Duty Hours & Shifts

Shift Timing:

Night Shift (8:30 PM - 5:30 AM).

Working Days:

Monday to Friday.
