Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive

Talent Acquisition Associate

to take complete ownership of our recruitment process. This role is ideal for someone with strong recruitment experience, especially within the SaaS industry, and a hands-on approach to finding and securing top talent. As the sole individual responsible for hiring, you will oversee the entire talent acquisition life-cycle, from sourcing to on-boarding.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the entire recruitment process independently, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for technical and non-technical roles. Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates, leveraging various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks. Conduct initial and follow-up interviews, ensuring alignment with Tagbox's culture and role requirements. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs, specifically focusing on SaaS-related roles. Drive employer branding initiatives to position Tagbox as a top choice for prospective employees. Maintain and update recruitment databases, track metrics, and provide regular reports on recruitment progress. Stay current with industry trends, innovative recruitment tools, and best practices to optimize the hiring process.

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably within the SaaS industry.

Education:

MBA or B.Tech degree is preferred. Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and techniques, with the ability to manage multiple roles effectively. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a strong sense of accountability.
