Key Responsibilities
Vendor and Stakeholder Management:
Manage and coordinate with external vendors and stakeholders for HR deliverables.
Ensure smooth communication between internal teams, clients, and vendors.
Address escalations and maintain service-level agreements (SLAs).
Client Coordination:
Serve as a point of contact for client interactions related to onboarding, compliance, and HR documentation.
Support technical and delivery teams with HR-related coordination and reporting.
HR Operations:
Manage end-to-end onboarding and exit formalities, including background verification (BGV).
Handle SOW, PO, invoice preparation, and documentation processes.
Maintain HR data through ATS, HRMS, and Zoho tools.
Support payroll, attendance tracking, and compliance management.
Reporting and Process Management:
Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports and dashboards.
Ensure process adherence and compliance with organizational policies and audit requirements.
Qualifications and Experience
Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in HR operations, vendor management, or client-facing HR roles.
Prior experience in a technical or IT services background preferred.
Proficiency in Zoho, ATS, HRMS, and Excel-based reporting.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
