Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in hiring for the construction or infrastructure industry. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in job portal sourcing (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn) and will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from posting to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding.
Source candidates for various roles within the construction domain, including technical, operational, and site-based positions.
Manage job postings and drive visibility across platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, reports, and status updates.
Organize and participate in hiring drives, walk-ins, and campus recruitment (as needed).
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the construction or infrastructure industry.
Strong hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed).
Proven expertise in sourcing, screening, and end-to-end recruitment.
Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹25,401.06 - ₹33,224.55 per month
