Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment:
Handle sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection processes for all levels of roles across the NBFC.
Sourcing & Pipeline Building:
Use multiple channels (job portals, social media, referrals, agencies, campus drives) to build a strong pipeline of candidates.
Stakeholder Management:
Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and provide recruitment insights.
Employer Branding:
Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's visibility in the financial services talent market.
Compliance:
Ensure hiring practices are aligned with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines applicable to NBFCs.
Data & Reporting:
Maintain recruitment dashboards, track metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness), and present hiring reports to management.
Onboarding Support:
Coordinate with HR operations to ensure a smooth pre-joining and onboarding experience for new hires.
