At Scalent, we are hiring for a Talent Acquisition Associate, with a D2C Start-Up based in Gurgaon. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team. As a key player in our talent acquisition process, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent to contribute to our organization\xe2\x80\x99s success Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Utilize various channels, including social media, and professional networks, to source and identify potential candidates. \xc2\xb7 Build a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. \xc2\xb7 Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks. \xc2\xb7 Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions. \xc2\xb7 Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and collaborate on candidate selection. \xc2\xb7 Create a positive and engaging experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process. \xc2\xb7 Gather and analyze feedback to continuously improve the candidate experience. \xc2\xb7 Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent market conditions. \xc2\xb7 Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of recruitment strategies. Requirements: \xc2\xb7 0-2 years of experience as a talent acquisition specialist or in a similar role. \xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. \xc2\xb7 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. \xc2\xb7 Ability to assess candidate skills and cultural fit. \xc2\xb7 Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software. \xc2\xb7 High level of organizational and multitasking abilities. \xc2\xb7 Proactive and results-oriented mindset. Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb9350,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb9400,000.00 per year Schedule:
