About the Position
As a
Talent Acquisition Associate
, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across various verticals of CSRBOX including social impact, skilling, technology, and project teams. You will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates who are passionate about driving social change.
Responsibilities
Recruitment & Sourcing
Manage the full recruitment cycle from JD creation to onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and campus outreach.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs across departments.
Screening & Evaluation
Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal teams.
Maintain accurate interview records and feedback documentation.
Talent Pipeline Development
Build and maintain a pool of potential candidates for current and future hiring.
Engage with prospective talent through periodic follow-ups and relationship building.
Onboarding Coordination
Support documentation and onboarding processes for selected candidates.
Ensure smooth handover to HR operations for joining and induction.
Employer Branding Support
Assist in developing and posting job ads, social media content, and career page updates.
Help organize hiring drives, career fairs, and employer branding events.
Mandatory Qualification and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Social Sciences, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and use of job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
Ability to manage multiple open roles and meet hiring deadlines.
Prior experience in the development sector hiring is a plus.
