VasyERP (Funded by Reliance Industries) is an Ahmedabad situated young start-up working into cloud-based ERP products. We design and develop ERP & point of sale (POS) platforms for manufacturing and retail industries in India and internationally.

Intro to Role

As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and interviewing prospective employees to find the perfect match for a company's long-term goals.

What will you do

Communicating with hiring managers to identify job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs. Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms. Screening Applicants for competency with the job requirements. Arranging telephone, video or in-person interviews. Performing background & reference checks. Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process. Offering job positions and completing the relevant paper work.

What you will bring

0-1 years of experience working into Recruitment or Talent Acquisition. Knowledge of Job portals & hiring tools Experience working with Applicant Tracking system (ATS) Able to arrange telephonic, video & in-person interviews Should have understanding of basic technical skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?240,000.00 - ?320,000.00 per year
