Key Responsibilities:
Screen resumes and conduct the first round of interviews or introductory calls with candidates.
Manage and update job postings across various job portals and social media platforms.
Handle the company's social media pages like
LinkedIn
and
Instagram
etc., ensuring regular, engaging, and brand-aligned content.
Maintain hiring trackers, candidate databases, and recruitment reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to schedule interviews and ensure a smooth hiring process.
Support employer branding activities through creative posts and online engagement.
Assist in HR marketing initiatives and employee engagement activities as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in
Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3+ months experience in HR coordination, recruitment, and Branding, social media management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of social media trends, job portals, and basic marketing principles.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Canva or similar tools (preferred).
