Role Description
Talent Acquisition Analyst's responsibilities may include candidate management, new hire, Grads, Interns, local to local Background Screening, document and contract management, transaction management, ensuring HR systems are updated and employee system profiles are set up, processing of invoices and involvement in day one readiness.
The Talent Acquisition Analyst may also be responsible for background screening to validate candidate background in compliance with applicable regulatory and local legal requirements as detailed in the requisite HR policy, performing checks and validation of screening reports and escalating discrepancies, including immigration compliance where applicable.

Your key responsibilities
Responsible for managing US Background screening process
Subject matter expert on Background Screening processes and procedures - supporting internal and external audits and governance reviews.
Ensure Background Screening of potential employees is performed in line with Deutsche Bank's policy - performing quality reviews of all cases prior to sign off
Work closely with Deutsche Bank's 3rd party screening vendor to ensure any issues/escalations are dealt with promptly and effectively
Ensure all reporting requirements are met and delivered by agreed deadlines
Manage high volumes during peak season and ad hoc projects
Continually identify, address and deliver areas of improvements
Background Screening experience would be preferred
Flexible with US shifts, considering the incumbent will be a part of the US team.

In-depth domain knowledge of HR analytic practices and data modelling.
