Position: Talent Specialist - Recruitment

Location: Kalyani Nagar, Pune

Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter

to join our People & Culture team. This role offers full ownership of the

end-to-end recruitment lifecycle

Key Responsibilities:?

Drive the complete recruitment process: sourcing, screening, coordinating, evaluating, and onboarding. Collaborate closely with department heads to understand role requirements and close positions effectively. Leverage job portals, social platforms, internal databases, and creative sourcing techniques. Manage interview scheduling, feedback coordination, and candidate communication. Maintain accurate records through recruitment trackers and candidate databases. Contribute to employer branding and people engagement initiatives. Deliver a high-quality, engaging candidate experience at every stage.

Who You Are:

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Highly driven, detail-oriented, and proactive in your approach. Comfortable using Excel, job boards, and social media tools; knowledge of ATS is a plus. Passionate about building teams and organizational culture.
