We are looking for empathetic and target-driven telecallers to join our patient engagement team. You will play a vital role in converting leads into walk-ins, collecting feedback post-OPD and post-surgery, and following up with patients who dropped off after initial consultations.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to leads and guide them toward booking consultations or walk-ins
Follow up on post-OPD and post-surgery patients to collect feedback and ensure satisfaction
Call and convert patients who dropped off after OPD but did not proceed with treatment/surgery
Maintain accurate records of calls, status updates, and patient interactions
Coordinate with front office and clinical teams for real-time appointment tracking
Share information about services, pricing, and promotions when needed
Meet daily/weekly conversion and engagement targets
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling/customer service, preferably in healthcare, diagnostics, or clinics
Excellent communication skills in Telugu and English
Strong listening and persuasion skills
Basic computer proficiency (CRM/Excel experience is a plus)
Empathetic and patient-centric attitude
