Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain digital marketing services
Handle inbound enquiries professionally
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
Maintain call records and client information
Follow up with interested clients via calls and WhatsApp
Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team
Required Skills & Qualifications
Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English
Confident and persuasive calling ability
Basic knowledge of digital marketing services (training provided)
Ability to handle rejection positively
Target-oriented mindset
Preferred Skills
Experience in telecalling/telesales
Familiarity with CRM or lead management tools
