Telecaller / Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:



Make

outbound calls

to customers to promote products/services Handle

inbound queries

and provide accurate information

Convince customers

and generate leads/sales Maintain and update customer databases Follow up with customers for feedback and closure Meet daily/weekly

call and conversion targets


Requirements:



Excellent

communication and convincing skills

Fluency in

Odia, Hindi, and English

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM, etc.) Ability to handle customer queries politely Target-driven and self-motivated Freshers & experienced both can apply
