Job Title: Telesales Executive
About Us:- Arupavi Health Technologies is a Pharmatech startup co-founded by IIM Alumnus with 40 years of cumulative business experience spanning across FMCG, Healthcare & Consulting sector. We are building supply chain solutions for pharmacies to enable them improve their profit, productivity & procurement efficiency by advancing technology access in their hand anytime, anywhere.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to chemists, stockists, and distributors to taking orders of medicine.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
Generate leads and follow up regularly to convert them into sales.
Maintain and update customer database with accurate information.
Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer queries.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team .
Collect customer feedback and market intelligence.
Requirements:
Graduate (Science/Pharmacy background preferred).
Minimum 3-5 years of telesales/telecalling experience
Good communication and convincing skills.
Ability to work with sales targets.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
