We are seeking a proactive and articulate Tele-caller to join our team and promote Tally software solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, and assisting clients with basic product information and queries.
Key Responsibility:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote Tally software for Renewals.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to interested clients.
Follow up on leads and schedule product demos or meetings for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Meet daily and monthly call targets and conversion goals.
Skills and Qualification:
Minimum qualification: Graduate in any stream.
Prior experience in tele-calling, customer service, or sales preferred.
Basic understanding of accounting and Tally software is a plus.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
