In terms of skills, on your first day, you will have experience in most of these matters

- Analytical - You are analytical and data-driven. You are super fast in excel. You know at-least 1 coding language to analyze larger datasets (e.g. python).

- Outbound - You are not afraid to cold call or write cold emails. This won't be your primary responsibility but will be required. You will not be asked to do anything that we don't do. You will also be comfortable picking up the phone and following up with candidates who require clarification or support.

- Writing - You communicate really well - both written and verbally. You will be comfortable taking complete ownership of the company blog, and social media accounts, and publishing articles online until we hire a digital marketing lead.

- Marketing - You understand lead generation really well and will be comfortable taking responsibility for a budget (10k+ quarterly) to deliver lead flow. You can work with freelancers as necessary for specific expertise.

- Product fundamentals - You have built products - in some capacity - before and can work on many of the following aspects with limited guidance (software can change) - Design mockups on Figma | Create a video on final-cut-pro | Conduct structured user-interviews |Draw detailed flow-charts for the engineering team | Set up integrations with Zapier/ Integromat| Building quick prototypes in any no-code platform
